Our Storage Facility

Our In-House Storage Facility:

• Clean dry, secure - containerized and in a brick and steel building.
• One month minimum stay - pro-rated after first month (You only pay for the days you use.)
• Short carry distance to storage containers (Low warehouse handling charges)
• We use our own furniture pads that stay on your furniture in storage. (no charge for these pads)
• You only pay for the crates that your furniture occupies
• Ask us about low cost storage insurance!

Some reasons to use Storage:

• When you cannot time the sale of your old home and the purchase of your new home.
• To unclutter your home before you put your house on the market.
• Ask your real estate agent - homes stuffed with furniture and clutter sit longer.
• When having renovations done to your home - it's better for your contractor and your furniture to be out of harm's way.
• Empty-nesters who are paring down to smaller living spaces - store furniture for short or long term.

Additional Storage Notes:

• Use strong sturdy boxes (You are moving your goods twice and stacking the boxes.)
• Do not use open topped boxes, shopping bags or light-weight plastic bags.
• Properly prepare all paintings, mirrors, pictures, and glass table tops - or have us do it.
• Do not store propane tanks, chemicals, flammables, ammunition, etc.
• Do not store valuables, cash, checks, jewelry, furs, etc.
• Use heavy duty plastic for couches, stuffed chairs, and mattresses (We can provide these packing supplies.)
